congrats....you made it to step 1....the sammich....step two is either PB on an apple or cookies...preferrably chocolate chip...creamy pb, of course. Once you realize its potential guzzle some milk or good ol' OJ and explore the other food combinations out there.

chad, my roomate once had some of those nuter bars, ya know those cheap crispy things that i find so delicious. well he gave me one because i had no food to eat that night and in order to make it more substatial a meal i slapped some extra peanut butter on it and called it a nuterbar turbo!! it was great...highly recomended. now go get'em tiger.
